Do you ship outside of the U.K. & Ireland?

Our products can be heavy, and vary greatly in size, making automatically calculated shipping complicated (though we are working on it!).

If you live outside of these areas, we are more than happy to prepare a bespoke shipping quote- just contact us with your address, and a list of what you would like, and we'll try to find the most cost effective solution for you.


How soon will I receive my order?

Items in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Faster, when possible!

For Cut Fabric Meterage, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch. As detailed on each fabric listing, cut fabric yardage is NOT returnable (unless defective). Please order a swatch in advance if colour matching.

Once dispatched:

Shipping in the UK: 1-2 business days

Shipping to IRELAND: 4-7 business days {approx.}


What happens if I don't receive my order?

We do our best to ensure that this doesn't happen, but, sadly, once a parcel enters the postal system, it's out of our control.

For this reason, we are NOT responsible for lost parcels unless you purchase insurance.

If you would like insurance and tracking on your parcel, please upgrade your shipping by choosing "Insured Delivery" from the drop-down shipping menu. This is added at a flat rate of £5 for parcels with a value up to £100, and £10 for parcels of £100+.

We would highly recommend upgrading your shipping if you are purchasing something of high value, or experience postal delivery issues in your area.


What is your returns policy?

Items, except cut fabric lengths, can be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

We request that you let us know, by email, within 7 days of receiving your item, that you intend to return it- it makes things a little easier our end, so we really appreciate it. In these cases, all we ask is that you pay the return postage.

We will then refund the full cost of the item, minus any p&p charged at the time of order, within 30 days of receiving your written notice and the returned item/s.

Please ensure to take care of these items while in your possession, and that any stock returned is in perfect condition. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post, and so recommend you have your return delivery insured.

Once cut, the fabric is non-returnable (unless defective). Please make sure to order a swatch in advance to make sure the colours are right for you.

If an item arrives damaged {which is highly unlikely!}, or has a manufacturing fault {hopefully even more unlikely!}, it is our policy to cover any shipping costs for you to return it to us. We will then replace the item free of charge as soon as the original has been delivered here.

All we ask in these circumstances is that you inform us of the fault within 7 days of receiving the item. Again, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, so, again, recommend that you have your delivery insured.


I'm allergic to Duck Feathers...can I have a different cushion pad?

We only keep duck feather pads in stock, and cannot guarantee that your cushion cover will not have come in to contact with them.

If you are happy that your allergy is not serious enough for this to be an issue, we can happily send you the cushion cover without the pad- we'll even offer you a small discount! 


Can I interview you for my blog/website/thesis/publication?

Absolutely! Just drop us a line though our contact form, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Our time is precious, though, so please be understanding if we can't find any room in our diary.


Can I intern at abigail*ryan?

We usually have a long list of potential applicants, but send us your C.V. and a bit about yourself and your interests, and you might be lucky!


Can I use one of your drawings/patterns on my wedding invitation/poster/business card/as a tattoo?

Anything is possible! Just contact us with a description of your needs, and we can work together to get just the perfect thing.
