*ORDERING*

We accept payment via credit/debit card via paypal.

You do not need to have a paypal account to order with us, however - you will just be directed to a secure payment page where you can either sign in to your existing paypal account, or securely enter your card details.

Please let us know in the 'message to seller' section if you have any specific requests for your order.

*DISPATCH AND SHIPPING*

Items in stock* will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Faster, when possible!

For Cut Fabric Meterage, please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch. As detailed on each fabric listing, cut fabric yardage is NOT returnable (unless defective). Please order a swatch in advance if colour matching.

If our cushions are OUT of stock, they may take up to 3 weeks to make as we print more fabric. This will be marked in the listing {stock levels} and we will confirm the ordering timescale as soon as you have placed your order.

Shipping in the UK: 1-2 business days

Shipping to Europe: 4-7 business days {approx}

Shipping to U.S.A: 5-10 business days {approx}

Shipping to Australia/NZ: up to 14 business days {approx}

PLEASE NOTE! Due to the complexities of calculating combined shipping, we will refund any over-payment above £2.00. We will contact you once your parcel has shipped to arrange this.

INSURANCE AND TRACKING

If you would like insurance and tracking on your parcel, please upgrade your shipping with one of our expedited SHIPPING BOLT ON's.

We are NOT responsible for lost parcels unless you purchase insurance.

Our rates are very reasonable and based on Royal Mail's postal pricing charts and we would recommend this method if you are purchasing something of high value or experience postal delivery issues in your area.

RETURNS

Items can be returned for any reason as long as we are informed in writing of your intention to return an item within 7 days of receipt. All we ask is that you pay the return postage. We will refund the full cost of the item, minus any p&p charged at the time of order, within 30 days of receiving your written notice and the returned item/s. Please ensure to take care of these items while in your possession, and that any stock returned is in perfect condition. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post, and so recommend you have your delivery insured.

The exception to this is our cut fabric meterage. Once cut, the fabric is non-returnable (unless defective). Please make sure to order a swatch in advance to make sure the colours are right for you.

If an item arrives damaged {which is highly unlikely!}, or has a manufacturing fault {hopefully even more unlikely!}, it is our policy to cover any shipping costs for you to return it to us. We will then replace the item free of charge as soon as the original has been delivered here. All we ask in these circumstances is that you inform us of the fault within 7 days of receiving the item. Again, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post, so, again, recommend that you have your delivery insured.
